Woolworths Coming To Town
We’re confident our new town centre development is one of the largest to be developed in the South West in recent years and will
certainly add value to the Treendale residential area drawing
shoppers from Bunbury, Eaton, Australind, Binningup, Harvey,
Brunswick, Collie and surrounding rural towns.
Stage two of the development will include a discount
department store, more specialty retail shops, parking, office
accommodation and bulky goods stores to maximise the
development to 20,000m2.

A Woolworths Supermarket with 27 specialty shops and
kiosks will form Stage 1 of our contemporary style shopping
centre, due to open in 2010.

Treendale Welcomes Brand New Retirement Living Centre
Planning has now commenced on Amana Living’s retirement village
and residential care facility which will be located on a 7 hectare site
close to the proposed new district shopping centre in Treendale – an
easy walk for residents!
It is anticipated that this modern and innovative new project will
incorporate approximately 114 villas, a multi purpose community
centre, pool and recreational facilities plus caravan and boat storage
and, in the later stages, a high and low care residential facility
(if/when government licences are available).
The first stage of the development is expected to be approximately
20 villas and the community facilities. These are anticipated to be
completed in late 2009 and will be available in a range of
contemporary styles and finishes. The majority will feature 3
bedroom, 2 bathroom designs including a double garage. However,
3 bedroom villas (or 2 bedrooms and a study) with 1 bathroom and
a powder room will also be available.
Amana Living is one of Western Australia's largest aged care
organisations, operating 18 retirement villages, 11 hostels and five
nursing homes throughout Western Australia and providing
specialised care for dementia residents and their families. In addition
they offer a range of in-home services to a large number of clients.

The
Wardandi Nature Reserve adjacent to Treendale has been gazetted as
a permanent nature reserve, for future generations to enjoy.
Residents of Treendale will enjoy easy access to the natural bushland
of Wardandi, and marvel at the variety of flora and fauna that flourish
there. Pelicans, heron, cormorant and other waterbirds are joined
by delicate blue wrens, parrots, cockatoos and hundreds of other birds
flitting about the greensward. Kangaroos too are in abundance.

Treendale Residents To Get Smart
Every home in every street in Treendale will be able to access the latest
in communications and entertainment technology thanks to the 'Smart Suburb'
planning by the developers. This means that living in Treendale, you can
enjoy:
- Fibre
optic and co-axial cabling with smart wiring throughout the township.
- High speed broadband internet connection
available to all homes
- Three satellite television stations, plus
ABC, GWN, WIN, SBS, and channels
7, 9 and 10.
|
|
Not only are the streets themselves smarter, so
are the homes that will be built on them. That's because in creating Treendale,
the developers have taken measures designed to help beautify the town
and enhance the value of every home. These measures include.
- Front landscaping and reticulation incentive
packages.
- Boundary fencing incentive packages
- Design and construction covenants so that every
home meets the
same high standard
- All blocks deep sewered
- Underground power and street lighting
