Fencing Fencing for Traditional and Parkland blocks will be provided and installed for those buyers who complete their home within eighteen months from the settlement date of their block. This fencing will meet the required standard of the Development Conditions and Building Guidelines for the Treendale Estate. For Traditional lots this will be Lysaght Neetascreen Colorbond fencing in Summershade colour with contrasting posts in Riversand colour. Landscaping

Landscaping and Reticulation for Traditional and Parkland blocks will be provided and installed, to the front garden of the property for Traditional, or the curtilage for Parkland blocks for those buyers who complete their home within eighteen months from the settlement date of their block.

Installation will nominally include: Design Fine grading/weed eradication Auto irrigation Instant turf Soil conditioner Mulch Plants (from specified list) Tree/s (from specified list) Fertiliser to garden and lawn.
