Q. What
do I get with my block at Treendale?
A. With every block at Treendale
you have a fencing, landscaping and early building rebate available All
lots in Treendale will have underground power, gas, scheme water, deep
sewerage and you will be able to connect to telephone and, high speed
broadband internet (conditions apply).
Q. Can
I fit my house on your blocks?
A. Our market research showed that
people wanted larger and wider blocks. So with this in mind Stage 1 blocks
average 747 square metres and the frontages are all at least 20 metres.
Q. What
facilities are there at Treendale?
A. Facilities at Treendale will
come on as the estate progresses. In the planing are a Retirement Village,
2 Primary Schools, a central Commercial Centre, a site put aside for community
purposes. There are 26 hectares of public open space including paths along
the river foreshore. Close by is the Leschenault Leisure Centre the Australind
Primary School and the Australind Village shopping centre.
Q. I
am a senior do you have any alternative accommodation for us?
A. In the structure plan a retirement
village site has been put aside. There has already been a lot of interest
in the retirement village and the developers are keen to see this happen.
Obviously this project will happen a little further into the development.
The retirement village area is ideally located close to the shopping centre.
Q. Do
you have anywhere for children to play?
A. Yes. As you come in to the estate
and cross the bridge a state of the art playground will be on your right
hand side. This playground will be alongside the lake and public open
space. If the kids want to they can follow the paths to the foreshore
and take a nice stroll.
