  • A licence is required from the responsible authority before a bore or well can be constructed. The issuing of a bore or well licence is not automatic.

  • Treendale adjoins the Wardani Nature Reserve and to assist in the conservation of native fauna in the unique Treendale environment it is recommended that the owners of cats either keep these pets within the dwellings at all times or place a small bell on the cats collar to thwart the cats predatory instinct. Likewise dogs should be kept on leads at all times in public areas to avoid injury or distress to the large resident kangaroo population that frequent Treendale.

Please refer to annexures ‘A’ and ‘B’ for more detailed information on the above as it is supplied as a guide only and does not take the place of the contract documents.
